   Exquisite Scenery

   After a successful defense with <Thundercry Blade|781||20401>, you can perform a third stage <Heavy Attack Charged Skill|781||20401|20401103> without charging (can be followed by a <Heavy Charged Varied Combo|781||20401|20401114>). This can trigger once every 10s. Successfully defending against an Online Mode Boss grants one stack of Cadence. When your special Defensive Riposte is off cooldown, you can consume a stack to instantly activate it and restore Battle Will.

   Art of Resistance

   Your HP Shields and their source skill effects last longer.

3. 

   Morale Chant

   Attacking or healing has a chance to grant one stack of effect that increases your damage and healing dealt, stacking up to 5 times. Can only be triggered once every 2 seconds.

4. 

   Adaptive Steel

   Gain a Weapon Mastery effect based on your current Blade Weapon.

Alternative: Battle Anthem improves the boss variant. In PvP, test Vital Leech or Trapped Beast instead of Adaptive Steel.

  Drink to enter Intoxicated. Breathe fire with Qi, dealing damage over 2 hits plus Combustion. Gain 15% Damage Reduction and Tenacity.

  Cloud Steps

  Offensive

  Out of combat: Slam down when jumping from a height. At special locations, interact with marked spots as instructed to jump directly to them. In combat: Stomp on an enemy's shoulders to deal damage. This action can be interrupted by jumping. Knock down players with Tenacity and deal bonus damage. Has bonus effects against Cavalry and other units with Unstable Poise.

  Enter an indestructible Golden Body for 8s, gaining a shield and restoring Qi. While the shield is active, gain Tenacity and DMG Reduction. In Arena, Tenacity lasts up to 4s.

  Soaring Spin

  Channel your Qi into a roaring thrust, then suddenly shift stance into a spiraling follow-up strike that catches enemies off-guard. Deal damage and inflict Healing Reduction.

Rotation

1. 1Shorten Drunken Poet with parry, then use Cloud Steps to take the correct position.
2. 2Stormbreaker Spear: Storm Roar takes aggro, and Thunder Shock applies Vulnerable.
3. 3Dual-Weapon Skill switches to Thundercry Blade; activate Predator's Shield and gain Fighting Spirit.
4. 4Use Avalanche while Endurance allows; against an Exhausted boss, extend one window with a series of charged attacks.
5. 5Use Dragon's Breath with an animation cancel while defensive and offensive buffs are active, then return to the taunt cycle.

Practical notes

• Blocking is worth more than an extra dodge here: successful defense maintains resources and enables the Exquisite Scenery counterattack.
• Taunt only after taking position; turning the boss toward the group makes the build harmful rather than helpful.
