How to redeem a code
Open the game menu, go to Settings, select Other, then Exchange Code. This option may not be available at the very beginning of the game: continue through the opening progression and check the Other section again after the full Settings menu becomes available. Paste the code exactly as shown and confirm it. Rewards are normally delivered through the in-game mailbox. Codes are case-sensitive and can generally be claimed once per account.
How code statuses are verified
A code is listed as active only when an official Where Winds Meet page publishes it with a validity period that has not ended. Third-party lists are used for discovery only. An invalid message can also mean that the code was already used, has a regional restriction or reached an undisclosed claim limit.
