Background
Developed by Commander Qi Jingtang of the Northern Vow's Flying Horse division, this technique is designed for close-quarters combat. Years of border patrol against the Khitan left many scouts wounded, prompting Qi to create a swift and precise method to fend off multiple attackers, minimizing casualties. The goal was to ensure more soldiers returned home alive from the harsh northern frontier.
